In fact, the original owners were flown in from Italy to assist in every detail - from the decor to the menu. Pastas and pizzas are created in true Italian style.

A menu consisting of prime cuts and excellent side dishes will be sure to tantalize your taste buds. The resident chef is a master in his kitchen. Meals can be served in the La Cantina, Bibliotheca and the Monza Lounge. Alternatively, and weather permitting, meals can be served on the terrace in front of the main dining room.
